Joining our Enterprise Applications team, you’ll transform complex business needs into elegant technical solutions across ITSM, HR, and Customer Service modules. This role offers the unique opportunity to move beyond theory and deploy code that directly impacts how our global workforce collaborates and scales.</p> <h4 data-path-to-node="3">WHAT YOU'LL DO</h4> <ul data-path-to-node="4"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Architect Digital Workflows:</strong> Design and configure automated processes using Flow Designer and Glide APIs to eliminate manual bottlenecks for our internal business partners.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Develop Scoped Applications:</strong> Build and deploy custom ServiceNow applications from the ground up, ensuring clean, documented JavaScript code that adheres to enterprise-scale best practices.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Enhance User Experiences:</strong> Create and refine custom widgets within the Service Portal to deliver intuitive, high-performance interfaces for both employees and customers.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Solve Complex Logic:</strong> Debug and resolve platform defects in collaboration with senior developers, participating in the full SDLC within an active Agile/Scrum environment.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Ship Enterprise Features:</strong> Contribute to the preparation and deployment of platform releases, ensuring new features integrate seamlessly with existing business systems and REST/SOAP APIs.</p
