Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.</p></div><h2>Your Impact</h2> <p>As the In-Market Product Manager for <strong>LATAM & Puerto Rico</strong>, you will lead the definition and execution of Axon’s product strategy across the region — spanning our Digital Evidence Management (DEMs) and Devices portfolios.<br>You will be responsible for translating the realities of diverse public safety ecosystems across LATAM — including federal, state, and municipal agencies — into clear, actionable direction for our global product teams. You’ll partner closely with regional Sales and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities, shape tenders and procurement processes, and drive adoption, while ensuring Product and Engineering remain aligned to what’s feasible and high-impact.<br>This is a highly autonomous role requiring a blend of market fluency, technical breadth, and disciplined execution. You’ll represent regional needs within Axon, balancing the urgency of field operations with the rigor of product development.</p> <hr> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Remotely from Puerto Rico and on the road 35% of time<br><strong>Reports to: </strong>Sr Director, International Product Management</p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead Axon’s Expansion in LATAM & Puerto Rico:</strong> Define and execute the strategy for introducing and scaling Axon’s full ecosystem — from body cameras to digital evidence management — across the region.</li> <li><strong>Core Product Discovery: </strong>Truly discover user and regional need and VoC to ideate and build out comprehensive engineering and product briefs </li> <li><strong>Core Product Management: </strong>Work directly with distributed Engineering and Product teams to build localized features or iterations end to end to deliver market value at speed.</li> <li><strong>Partner with Customers and Sales:</strong> Work directly with agencies and Axon’s regional sales team to uncover operational needs and translate them into clear product priorities.</li> <li><strong>Shape Product Strategy:</strong> Represent LATAM realities in
