<p>ANINE BING is looking for a <strong>Shop Manager</strong> to join the team at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann in Paris.</p> <p>The Shop Manager is the ultimate ambassador for ANINE BING. This person will lead the in-store business and partner closely with the sales team to drive performance through customer relationship selling, personalized 1:1 service, and strategic brand visibility.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is eager to cultivate and grow customer relationships and loves to work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed store sales goals.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities Include:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Meet and exceed store sales targets, taking full ownership of the store's commercial performance.</li> <li>Coach, develop, and motivate the team on a daily basis to deliver exceptional customer experience and drive sales performance.</li> <li>Train the team on product knowledge, selling techniques, clienteling, and brand standards to continuously elevate the in-store experience.</li> <li>Lead by example on the floor, actively selling, modeling best-in-class service, and setting the standard for the team.</li> <li>Monitor and manage key performance indicators (conversion, UPT, AOV, clienteling) and implement action plans when needed.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with Galeries Lafayette Floor Managers and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure ANINE BING is highlighted and given visibility during floor sets and key in-store moments.</li> <li>Develop and maintain relationships with Galeries Lafayette leadership and executives to advocate for the brand and collaborate on key commercial moments such as events, promotions, and activations.</li> <li>Navigate a dual-reporting or partnership structure, operating with the autonomy of a brand representative while respecting the department store's rules, processes, and culture.</li> <li>Drive brand visibility across the Galeries Lafayette ecosystem, proactively identifying opportunities for brand activations, traffic-driving initiatives, and cross-floor collaboration.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience leading or supporting a team in a goal-driven retail environment</li> <li>Strong clienteling and personal styling experience with the ability to build and maintain a loyal client book</li> <li>Ability to motivate a team while delivering exceptional customer experience and driving sales performance</li> <li>Strong partnership skills with Floor Manager, VM team, and GL managers</li> <li>Understanding of department store commercial calendars, including sale periods, key trading weeks, and in-store animations, with the ability to align brand str
