You are highly motivated, organized, attentive to detail, communicate well, and focused on candidate experience.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for resolving customer requests, questions and needs, ensuring the best use of</li> <li>resources to accomplish these tasks in a high pace environment.</li> <li>Must be able to handle customer complaints and maintain a professional attitude</li> <li>Answer and direct calls at the multi‐line phone station in a courteous and professional manner</li> <li>Operate office equipment, including but not limited to air‐to‐group radio, ground radios,</li> <li>airport access control, computers and multiline phones as required.</li> <li>Coordinate customer service order requests and maintain database to ensure data is accurate</li> <li>Complete daily fuel log, invoice fuel tickets and settle truck sheets</li> <li>Serve as a concierge between customers and various airport departments and vendors.</li> <li>Assist customers with hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, local</li> <li>attractions/activities and other functions.</li> <li>Periodically inspect and maintain facilities, including lobby, front counter and restrooms</li> <li>Transport passengers and/or pilots to and from requested locations such as hotels, restaurants, commercial airports, etc.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must have authorization to work in the U.S.</li> <li>Must have valid CA Driver’s license and clean driving record</li> <li>2+ Years of Customer Service Experience</li> <li>Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills</li> <li>Ability to push/pull/li
