They involve large partners, new formats, and operational challenges that often require building solutions from scratch.</p> <p>In this role, you will work from <strong>early-stage definition to final execution</strong>, owning the full operational strategy of each project. You will not just execute — you will define how the event should be operated. This is a highly autonomous role for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and are comfortable building structure where none exists.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <h4><strong>1.
