We are committed to team building and recognize that teamwork enables us to provide the best possible service and we are dedicated to providing a quality product, and 100% customer satisfaction.</p><p></p><p><strong>Pay</strong>: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year</p><p></p><p><strong>FREQUENT TRAVEL REQUIRED:</strong> looking for someone who is willing to travel and stay at a location for several weeks at a time!!!</p><p></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for:</p><ul><li>Planning, organizing and overseeing the daily activities of multiple production crews.</li><li>Must designate material staging areas.</li><li>Must be able to oversee and train individuals in roofing system installation.</li><li>Must manager crew personnel scheduling and issues.</li><li>Must be responsibility for installing roofing systems with the highest degree of quality, in the safest and most cost effective manner.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Compensation</strong>: A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive base salary ($70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year) along with excellent benefits:</p><ul><li>A structured bonus salary plan after 90 day performance evaluation</li><li>Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental) and optional life insurance</li><li>Company vehicle and gas card</li><li>Company Laptop and smart phone</li><li>Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays</li><li>401k</li></ul><p>All offers will be made on a 90 day trial basis.
