About the role

<p></p><p>International company in Brussels</p><p></p><br>Jobomschrijving<br><p></p><ul><li>Provide day to day support for all aspects of facilities management </li><li>Resolve any logistical issues and escalate to Office Manager </li><li>Answer to all requests of employees of the company </li><li>Ensure all equipment/technology is in working order and report when required</li><li>Perform basic building repairs daily, replace light bulbs, etc</li><li>Move furniture such as desk, tables, chairs and boxes</li><li>Work closely with the reception (preparing meeting rooms, handling mails etc)</li><li>etc</li></ul><p></p> <ul><li>You are a people pleaser, super organised and you have a very positive attitude </li><li>You have a very good level in English and French ir Dutch, a third language is a real asset</li><li>You are proficient in MS word, Excel and Outlook</li><li>You ideally have a first experience in a similar function or a function that requires a good contact with people and good organizational skills</li></ul>
