The starting date is as soon as possible at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Act as a senior legal expert within the Legal & Regulatory team, taking ownership of complex legal and regulatory matters and working closely with the Head of Legal & Regulatory</li><li>Take responsibility for strategic, group‑wide legal projects in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Coordinate communication with regulatory authorities (e.g., FINMA, BaFin) and handle related requests</li><li>Provide high‑quality legal and regulatory advice across all business areas, including corporate governance matters</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents; manage and instruct external counsel where needed</li><li>Support the Group’s international expansion by providing legal and regulatory guidance for new markets, including regions such as LATAM</li><li>Act as a key legal counterpart for institutional clients and their Legal teams</li><li>Contribute to business‑critical decision‑making processes from a legal and regulatory perspective</li><li>Help maintain and further develop the legal and regulatory framework for the Group companies</li><li>Monitor and assess relevant legal and regulatory developments, ensuring timely updates to internal stakeholders</li><li>Support the Head of Legal & Regulatory, the Executive Board, and the Board of Directors in legal and regulatory matters affecting the Group</li></ul>
