Headquartered in Utrecht, we're scaling our platform and our team across Europe and beyond.</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>As SurePay scales internationally, we'er looking for a Field Marketing Manager who thinks in pipeline, not just programs. This is a demand generation role at its core, one that uses field, digital, and partner channels together to move prospects from awareness to revenue.&nbsp; You'll own the full regional marketing motion: building integrated campaign plans, running high-impact field events, and making sure every touchpoint, from a conference in Chicago to a roundtable in Utrecht, is tied back to measurable business outcomes. You'll work closely with sales, partnerships, and customer success, and you'll build the playbook as you run it.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a high-ownership role for someone who is equally comfortable in a campaign brief and a pipeline review.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Campaign Ownership: Develop and execute fully integrated marketing plans to drive new logo acquisition, pipeline creation, and revenue. Translate global campaign themes into regional, multi-channel programs tailored to our key verticals and buyer personas.</li> <li>In-person &amp; Online Events: Own the end-to-end execution of SurePay’s field program: trade shows, executive roundtables, webinars, and partner co-marketing.&nbsp;</li> <li>Pipeline Attribution &amp; Performance: Take accountability for marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets. Use HubSpot, Dreamdata, and AI-assisted workflows to track attribution, report on ROI, and make data-backed investment recommendations.</li> <li>Partner Co-Marketing Program: Build and execute co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners. Know how to extract maximum value and brand presence.</li> <li>Sales &amp; Customer Success Alignment: Create a field marketing rhythm that Sales and Customer Success rely on Bridge the gap between marketing activity and commercial outcomes. Establish a "Gold Standard" that makes prospects feel FOMO when they miss a SurePay invite.</li> <li>Budget Ownership: Manage the field marketing budget with an ROI-first mindset.
