<p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Extended Contract<br><strong>Location:</strong> Onsite in the Greater Louisville Area</p> <p class="x_MsoNormal">Sustainable Talent is seeking a highly motivated&nbsp;<strong>Skilled Trades/Manufacturing Recruiter</strong>&nbsp;to support one of our valued clients through an extended contract engagement. This position plays a key role in full-cycle recruiting, skilled trades sourcing, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in high-volume recruitment with proven experience in sourcing and placing skilled trades professionals.</p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruitment strategies for skilled trades roles.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Build a top-of-funnel talent pipeline by leveraging multiple sourcing channels including job boards, networking, referral programs, and outreach campaigns.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Engage diverse and qualified candidates to support hiring initiatives across a range of skilled trade functions.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Utilize ATS/CRM systems to track candidates, manage requisitions, and streamline workflows.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through transparent communication and efficient processes.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Provide regular updates and metrics reporting to hiring partners and recruitment leads.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Use&nbsp;<strong>ADP systems</strong>&nbsp;in coordination with recruitment and onboarding workflows, as required.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Stay informed of trends and best practices in skilled trades recruiting, sourcing strategies, and labor market conditions.</li> </ul> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Bachelor's Degree</strong></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience</strong>, including high-volume recruitment environments.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting for Skilled Trades positions</strong>&nbsp;—&nbsp;<strong>required</strong>.
