Operating within our Enterprise IAM team in Bengaluru, you will own the end-to-end integration of corporate applications, engineering seamless automated lifecycles that eliminate operational friction and enforce a zero-trust model. In this highly collaborative position, you will act as a vital bridge between security compliance, infrastructure, and cross-functional business units to deliver secure authentication outcomes. By engineering robust single sign-on (SSO) and automated lifecycle systems, you directly safeguard Everpure’s corporate data while scaling an elite, enterprise-grade identity ecosystem.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p> <p><strong>IAM Implementation:&nbsp;</strong>Implement and support IAM solutions for enterprise workforce and applications</p> <p><strong>Own Application Onboarding and Lifecycle Engineering</strong>: Design, build, and support secure configurations for enterprise application integrations leveraging modern IAM standard protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM) to scale our identity footprint safely.</p> <p><strong>Automate Workforce Identity Lifecycle Management</strong>: Programmatically engineer automated joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes using Okta/ Lumos and scripting tools to slash provisioning turnaround times, eliminate manual overhead, and secure day-one productivity.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Enforce Zero-Trust and Least-Privilege Architecture</strong>: Author and maintain fine-grained access governance policies, role-based access controls (RBAC), Single Sign On and multi-factor authentication (MFA) parameters to establish an uncompromised perimeter across workforce environments.</p> <p><strong>Optimize Service Reliability and Infrastructure Integrity</strong>: Build robust monitoring, alerting, and comprehensive technical runbooks to perform root-cause analysis on complex authentication or automated workflow degradation, driving minimized MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution).</p> <p><strong>Eradicate Technical Debt Through Code</strong>: Shift operational paradigms by implementing GitOps workflows and
