We partner with leading banks, insurers, and fintechs to deliver data-driven transformation, operational excellence, and innovative digital solutions.</p> <p><strong>Role Overview:</strong> </p> <p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Data Governance Manager</strong> to join our Strategy & Advisory consulting team and lead a strategic client engagement focused on designing and implementing an enterprise-wide Data Governance Strategy.</p> <p>This is a client-facing consulting role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for defining the governance vision, operating model, and implementation roadmap, ensuring data is trusted, well-managed, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.</p> <p>The engagement will require close collaboration with senior business and technology stakeholders to establish ownership structures, governance processes, and a scalable framework that supports regulatory compliance, data quality, and long-term data excellence.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p><strong>Data Governance Strategy Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the design of an enterprise Data Governance Strategy aligned with business priorities</li> <li>Define governance vision, principles, and target state</li> <li>Develop a phased implementation roadmap with clear milestones and value outcomes</li> <li>Assess current governance maturity and identify capability gaps</li> </ul> <p><strong>Operating Model & Ownership Framework</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and formalize data ownership and stewardship structures</li> <li>Define roles, responsibilities, and accountability models (RACI)</li> <li>Establish governance committees, decision forums, and escalation paths</li> <li>Create a federated governance operating model aligned with business and IT</li> </ul> <p><strong>Policies, Standards & Data Quality</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define enterprise data governance policies, standards, and procedures</li> <li>Design the Data Quality (DQ) operating model, including controls, KPIs, and monitoring mechanisms</li> <li>Establish metadata management and data lifecycle governance principles</li> <li>Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into practical governance controls</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to align on
