<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Key account management coordinator, EME</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Neuilly-sur-Seine, France<br /><strong>Reports to:</strong> Senior Brand Director International</p><p> </p><p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>The Key account management coordinator EME is responsible for developing, executing, and communicating product & sales strategies for tarte cosmetics across Europe & Middle East (EME) region. This role is instrumental in driving growth by providing strategic insights, sales forecasting, and close coordination with cross-functional teams as well as our SEPHORA partners to ensure alignment with commercial goals and brand positioning.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with executive team to develop and execute tarte and international Sephora business strategy </li><li>Support 360 marketing plans, launch calendars and drive comprehensive sales and wholesale launch strategies </li><li>Develop, execute and communicate strategic merchandise initiatives that support the financial objectives of tarte and our Sephora EME business </li><li>Develop best in class relationship management to grow our cross-functional Sephora partnership </li><li>Oversee administrative task completion to meet content deadlines to support marketing and onsite product initiatives </li><li>Establish new processes needed for continued growth and profitability</li><li>Support weekly & monthly sales performance reviews to identify trends & key business drivers</li><li>Conduct assortment analysis and provide actionable recommendations to maximize sales and profitability</li><li>Lead post-mortem analysis of trade activations, identifying best practices, areas for improvement, and calculating ROI to formulate concrete recommendations for future initiatives</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Strategically analyze ecom promotional animations with pre and post strategy hindsight reports provided to executive team </li><li>Coordinate the quarterly allocation of gratis, samples, and GWPs in alignment with marketing strategies and market needs</li><li>Analyze and monitor pricing strategies to ensure market competitiveness and profit margins</li><li>Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize stock availability and minimize out-of-stock situations</li><li>Build accurate forecasts for new product launches and core assortment based on market dynamics and sales trends</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in key account management, merchandising, business planning or sales - preferably in Beauty or FMCG sectors</li><li>Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset</li><li>Excellent organizational and project management abilities</li><li>Fluent in English; proficiency in French or another European language is a plus</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Key Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li>Strategic thinking and commercial acumen</li><li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills</li><li>Attention to detail and analytical rigor</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment</li><li>Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset</li><li>Adaptability and problem-solving skills</li></ul>
