This role is ideal for an experienced environmental professional who can independently conduct wetland delineations, lead field teams, and contribute to technical reporting and project execution.</p> <p data-start="687" data-end="880">The successful candidate will bring strong field expertise, regional plant and ecosystem knowledge, and the ability to mentor junior staff while supporting a growing natural resources practice.</p> <p data-start="687" data-end="880"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="1236" data-end="1360">Perform wetland delineations across the Mid-Atlantic region in accordance with applicable federal and state guidelines</li> <li data-start="1363" data-end="1468">Conduct field investigations independently and lead small field teams (typically 1–2 staff members)</li> <li data-start="1471" data-end="1543">Prepare and review technical reports, documentation, and proposals</li> <li data-start="1546" data-end="1635">Serve as a senior technical resource on natural resource and environmental projects</li> <li data-start="1638" data-end="1738">Assist with
