About the role
<p>The IT Service Continuity Officer is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) strategy.</p><p>You will be part of the CISO team and work closely with technical experts, architects, and external providers to ensure IT resilience and business continuity across the organization.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Act as the central coordinator for all matters related to IT service resilience.</li><li>Identify, analyze, and manage risks linked to IT service continuity and disaster recovery.</li><li>Assess infrastructure resilience (data centers, GCP, Azure IaaS/PaaS).</li><li>Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and testing cycles.</li><li>Promote awareness and training on IT service continuity within the organization.</li><li><p>Collaborate with external service providers to ensure compliance and security standards are met.</p><p> </p></li></ul>
<p><strong>Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>3–10 years of relevant experience in IT Service Continuity, risk management, or information security.</li><li>Familiar with standards and frameworks such as ISO22301, ISO2700x, ISO31000, NIST, COBIT5, ITIL.</li><li>Strong knowledge of IT processes, architectures, and security controls.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.</li><li>Certifications such as BCI, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are considered an asset.</li><li><p>Fluent in French and Dutch (both written and spoken).</p><p> </p></li></ul>
