So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.</p></div><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>We are seeking an exceptional <strong>Finance Manager</strong> to support the G&A organization from our Prague Finance Hub, with a focus on <strong>Facilities and Corporate Functions. </strong>This role is a strategic partner to G&A leadership, driving financial insight and discipline across operating expenses, capital investments, and a global real estate portfolio, while leading and developing a high-performing team.</p> <p>This role owns the Facilities P&L, including OPEX/CAPEX governance, lease analytics, and forecasting, ensuring strong financial execution. This role will also drive spend modeling, lease economics, and scenario planning to inform footprint and investment decisions.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytically strong self-starter with advanced modeling and communication skills. This individual will scale reporting, improve processes, and enhance financial visibility to enable data-driven decisions aligned with margin and capital efficiency goals.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Own Close, Planning, Forecasting, and Performance Management: </strong>Lead the Facilities P&L and support planning and forecasting activities, partnering with global Facilities and G&A leaders to drive consistency in reporting through a centralized Finance Hub model. Ensure accuracy, develop scenario models, and deliver performance insights to support decision-making and improve cost efficiency.</li> <li><strong>Drive Strategic Financial Modeling: </strong>Build and maintain models across CapEx, lease accounting, rent, CAM, and operating expenses to evaluate trade-offs and support real estate planning. Partner with global stakeholders to assess the financial impact of footprint and investment decisions.</li> <li><strong>Drive Automation and Scalability: </strong>Improve reporting and streamline FP&A processes through tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Python, and AI. Support scalable solutions and process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation.</li> <li><strong>Lead Expense and Capital Strategy: </strong>Support the end-to-end management of CapEx and OpEx, ensuring disciplined spend tracking and alignment with near- and lon
