You’ll guide and support the retail team through active floor leadership, setting the tone for exceptional customer service, accuracy, and teamwork. From overseeing transactions and compliance procedures to coaching team members and maintaining store standards, you’ll help create a smooth and successful operation within the store.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serves as a resource for questions or issues from staff and customers.  </li> <li>Oversee onboarding for all new retail associates.</li> <li>Assists with tracking of daily and monthly inventory.  </li> <li>Assist with restocking the sales floor with cannabis and non-cannabis products. </li> <li>Open and close the store as needed. </li> <li>Assist the Management team.</li> <li>Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards. </li> <li>Develop and maintain rapport with our customers, vendors, service providers and staff. </li> <li>Recommend, select, and help locate the proper product for customers, depending on their individual needs.</li> <li>Explain the effects of different types of cannabis to customers and patients clearly and effectively. </li> <li>Ensure strict controls to protect organizational assets at the direction of management. </li> <li>Set up and break down display cases per company standard. </li> <li>Ensure phone calls and online orders are addressed in a timely manner. </li> <li>Maintain cleanliness of the store, i.e. dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping and sanitization. </li> <li>Maintain a positive wo
