Collaborate with cross-functional teams to revolutionize government contracting and procurement workflows. Address complex engineering issues in applying Large Language Models (LLMs) to real-world data. Work closely with customers to rapidly improve user experience, performance, and security. Play a vital role in expanding and mentoring our early engineering team.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <p>As a key member of Vultron, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and Refine Products: Build and enhance our core platform that powers Vultron.</li> <li>Make an Impact: Collaborate with our teams to revolutionize government contracting and procurement operations.</li> <li>Solve Unprecedented Challenges: Address complex issues in applying LLMs in government-related settings.</li> <li>Rapid Iteration: Iterate closely with customers to improve user experience, performance, and security.</li> <li>Grow With Us: Play a vital role in expanding our engineering team.</li> </ul> <h3>Required Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>1-4 years of software engineering experience. We are open to recent college graduates candidates who demonstrate exceptional technical depth.</li> <li>Proficiency in Typescript, React, NextJS, and other web technologies.</li> <li>Proven track record in developing exceptional software, especially in enterprise.</li> <li>Prior experience in AI and large language models is a plus but not mandatory.</li> <li>Extreme care about the end user experience and take pride in building exceptional products.</li> <li>Demonstrated passion for start-ups or early-stage companies.</li> <li>UI/UX and product design experience is advantageous, particularly for front-end focused roles.</li> </ul> <h3>What We Offer</h3> <ul> <li>💰 Base salary range of $160,000-$200,000 depending on experience, offers equity</li> <li>🏥 Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>💸 401(k) Retirement Plan to build retirement savings with pre-tax contributions</li> <li>🎓 $1,000 annu
