You will serve as the primary finance partner to your program management teams – owning the EAC process, driving cost and schedule performance, and ensuring financial rigor from program inception through execution and closeout. You will lead and develop a team of program finance analysts and play a key role in building the processes and systems that underpin True Anomaly's program controls function.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the lead finance partner for a defined portfolio of IRAD and government-funded programs, owning all aspects of program financial performance from planning through execution</li> <li>Lead the quarterly EAC process for your program portfolio in accordance with ASC 606 revenue recognition principles, ensuring accuracy, realism, and consistency</li> <li>Prepare and deliver cost and schedule reporting (CPR, ADRLs, CDRLs) for external customers; interface directly with customers and government representatives as needed</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with PMO, Supply Chain Management, Contracts, and Operations to plan, execute, and deliver against program objectives</li> <li>Le
