The position operates at the intersection of law, business, and operations, ensuring the company can grow safely while managing complex regulatory, contractual, and litigation risks across multiple jurisdictions. You will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, influencing strategic decisions that impact expansion, partnerships, and enterprise risk. The role requires a highly pragmatic legal leader who can translate complex legal frameworks into actionable business guidance. You will oversee a broad legal portfolio including commercial contracts, employment, privacy, corporate governance, insurance, and dispute resolution.
