We help the company understand and adapt to a changing global policy environment, anticipate and respond to challenges, and advocate for the needs of our users and the online economy. The team works closely with Policy Development, Legal, Communications, Marketing, and regional product and go-to-market teams to ensure coordinated, consistent engagement worldwide.</p> <p>We are open to applicants in the US and Brussels for this role.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Support the development and execution of global public affairs strategies that advance Stripe’s policy and business objectives.</li> <li>Coordinating with regional Government Affairs, Policy Development, Communications, and Marketing leads to adapt global narratives and campaigns for local markets, and to ensure we have meaningful data and proof points to support policy and advocacy efforts.</li> <li>Execute external engagement activities, including outreach to policymakers, industry groups, and partner organizations, under senior direction.</li> <li>Draft and maintain clear messaging, briefing materials, talking points, and short-form collateral for internal and external audiences.</li> <li>Support the management of stakeholder relationships (e.g., trade associations, think tanks, NGOs, partner companies) and maintain stakeholder tracking.</li> <li>Help organize events and convenings that bring Stripe leaders, users, and partners into policy conversations.</li> <li>Support measurement and reporting of global public affairs activities and contribute to team processes and project management.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
