Principal Product Designer - Core Platform

We're hiring a <strong>Principal Product Designer</strong> to own design for Core Platform and Fincrime.</p> <p>This is the chess end of design at BVNK. The work spans onboarding, treasury, reconciliation, billing, core processing, and financial crime — compliance case management, sanctions and transaction monitoring, internal ops tooling, and the platform primitives every customer-facing product depends on. The users are experts — compliance analysts, ops teams, finance — and the design problems are about taming real complexity, holding several constraints in your head at once, and finding the move that's both correct and elegant.</p> <p>You'll be one of two Principal Designers, reporting to the Head of Design, and partnering closely with the Directors of Product for Platform and Fincrime on long-range strategy. While we continue to build out the senior bench, you'll also work day-to-day alongside our senior product managers on the problems in front of us. The pod includes our Lead Designer for the Design System, whose work you'll help shape strategically.
