<div> <p><span class="ui-provider hb b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak">We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our company. </span></p> <h2>The Wow</h2> <p>As a Senior Product Designer at Betsson, You will be part of a team working towards delivering innovative products and industry-leading user experiences on a global scale. You will primarily be responsible for producing designs based on insights, having the mastery and creativity to turn these insights into beautifully crafted designed products, as well as building prototypes that can inspire the organization by showing what is possible before it is taken to development. Working closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, You will play a key role in the success of our products by envisioning a user experience and product aesthetic that are best in class. </p> <h2>What we are looking for</h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in user interface design, user experience design, interaction design, and information architecture.</li> <li>Strong design portfolio highlighting UX/UI skills in various areas. Examples in gaming and/or fintech are an advantage.</li> <li>Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.</li> <li>Experience with using metrics, data, and research to drive product design decisions.</li> <li>Proficiency with design and prototype tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD InVision, Webflow, Axure RP, or similar.</li> <li>Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills (English).</li> <li>Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work with agile and remote development teams.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.</li> <li>Experience with user research methodologies, including conducting interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B/n Testing.</li> <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst also being a strong team player.</li> <li>Experience working with a design system or pattern design library.</li> <li>Experience within the online gambling industry and a passion for creating responsible and enjoyable gaming experiences is an advantage.</li> <li>Formal qualification(s) in interaction design, human-machine interaction, or similar will be considered a plus.</li> <li>Prior experience with graphic design illustration using tools such as Photoshop & Illustrator will be considered a plus.</li> </ul> <h2>A taster of what you will be involved with</h2> <ul> <li>User-Centric Design: Perform analysis
