There is a specific focus on expanding clients’ investment in our Opportunities product.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Impact to The Role:</strong></p> <p><strong><em>Strategic Account Management</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and manage relationships with 8-12 enterprise accounts with our largest contract values </li> <li>Serve as the primary strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior decision-makers</li> <li>Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key stakeholders</li> <li>Map complex organizational structures and identify key influencers across multiple departments and business units</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Revenue Growth & Expansion</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Own aggressive annual upsell targets with particular focus on increasing QoQ investment in Opportunities product </li> <li>Create and deliver compelling business cases that demonstrate clear ROI and strategic value for expansion initiatives</li> <li>Run enterprise sales cycles to secure dramatically larger investments by navigating complex orgs, building champions, and negotiating deals</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Cross-Functional Leadership</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with Sales, Product, Client Strategy, and Technical teams to ensure seamless client experie
