We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. We believe that connection fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success.<br><br><strong>Your Impact</strong></p> <p>As our Finance AI Solutions Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, decision-making, and scalability across Finance.</p> <p>Working from prioritized business opportunities identified by Finance Transformation leadership, you will partner directly with Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements, rapidly prototype solutions, and deliver production-ready AI, analytics, and automation capabilities.</p> <p>This is a highly hands-on role focused on solution development. Success in this role requires the ability to quickly learn business processes, translate business needs into technical solutions, and leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development and delivery.</p> <p><br><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p><strong>Solution Design & Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner directly with Finance stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, requirements, and desired outcomes.</li> <li>Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.</li> <li>Build AI-enabled solutions using a combination of AI-assisted development tools, automation platforms, analytics technologies, and custom development.</li> <li>Develop prototypes rapidly, gather feedback, and iterate toward production-ready solutions.</li> <li>Design and implement AI-powered workflows, assistants, automations, and decision-support tools that improve Finance operations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>AI &a
