If you are looking to make a real-world impact with cutting-edge machine learning and SaaS technology, we want to hear from you.</p><h3><strong>Role Summary</strong></h3><p>We are looking for a hands-on Junior Marketing Manager with a strong biotech or life sciences background, good visual and graphical understanding, and the ability to use AI tools to create impressive, high-quality marketing content.</p><p>Your profile should stand out in this order: first, biotech background knowledge and understanding; second, graphical and visual communication skills; third, AI skills to create visually impressive content.</p><p>You should be able to understand our product context, ask the right scientific and technical questions, and translate complex bioprocessing, SaaS, and machine learning concepts into clear messages for biotech, pharma, CDMO, and R&D audiences.</p><p>You do not need to be a senior designer, but you should understand layout, hierarchy, graphics, diagrams, and how to make technical content look professional and easy to understand.</p><p>You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership. You will receive guidance on priorities and positioning but should be able to take defined tasks from brief to final asset with ownership and attention to detail.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who combines biotech understanding with creative execution and wants to grow into B2B SaaS marketing in a highly technical industry.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Understand and translate biotech and bioprocessing topics into clear, credible marketing communication for biotech, pharma, CDMO, CRO, and R&D audiences.</li><li>Create and improve visual marketing assets such as pitch-deck slides, one-pagers, infographics, diagrams, website visuals, social media graphics, and event material.</li><li>Use AI-assisted workflows to support content ideation, copy drafts, visual concepts, layout variations, and efficient production of high-quality marketing materials.</li><li>Support product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for Novasign Studio, especially around bioprocessing, SaaS, machine learning, hybrid modeling, and process optimization.</li><li>Turn technical input from Product, Sales, and Leadership into polished content for website pages, LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, presentations, whitepapers, and customer-facing collateral.</li><li>Maintain scientific accuracy and consistency in marketing content by validating technical details with internal experts.</li><li>Support lead-generation activities through content marketing, LinkedIn, SEO-oriented content, email campaigns, event follow-up, and targeted outbound materials.</li><li>Prepare and update materials for conferences, webinars, partner showcases, customer demos, and sales conversations.</li><li>Help monitor basic marketing performance metrics such as website activity, campaign engagement, LinkedIn performance, and content conversion.</li><li>Contribute ideas to improve Novasign's visual market presence, brand consistency, and clarity of communication across channels.</li></ul>
