This role will focus on supporting TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) Governance initiatives across policy, standards, metrics, and operating model enhancements.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">You will work closely with Risk, Operations, Technology, and Product stakeholders to define business requirements, improve governance processes, and help deliver strategic transformation initiatives within complex financial services environments.</p> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Technology, Operations, and Product teams to capture and define business requirements for TPRM governance initiatives</li> <li>Develop key business analysis artefacts including problem statements, scope documentation, stakeholder maps, workshop outputs, and requirements catalogues</li> <li>Analyse and document current (“as-is”) and future-state (“to-be”) processes to support governance and operating model improvements</li> <li>Translate business needs into clear user stories and actionable requirements for delivery teams</li> <li>Facilitate workshops, support governance discussions, and contribute to programme delivery across policy, standards, and metrics workstreams</li> </ul> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, consulting, or risk transformation programmes</li> <li>Strong understanding of Risk Governance frameworks, policies, standards, and controls</li> <li>Experience working on Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) or supplier risk governance initiatives</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills across business and technology teams</li> <li>Ability t
