Adjust’s powerful measurement and analytics solutions provide visibility, insights and essential tools that drive better results.</p></div><p><strong>Make an Impact/</strong> The role:</p> <p>As a Technical Account Manager for our EMEA region, you will be part of a team based in Berlin, Germany and work closely with several teams such as Sales and Integration, in addition to all other departments within Adjust. You are in charge of delivering exceptional customer experience. This plays a major part in your goal  to address client issues quickly and help resolve it effectively, maintaining their satisfaction and trust.</p> <p><strong>Empower Your Potential/ </strong>Responsibilities:  </p> <ul> <li>Technical contact for your clients within Adjust</li> <li>Support your clients on how to best use the Adjust product and help them resolve any technical challenges</li> <li>Provide daily support and have check-in calls with your client base</li> <li>Work with a global Support team</li> <li>Serve as the trusted technical advisor to clients in the EMEA region, ensuring optimal use of our measurement platform and services.</li> <li>Provide proactive account monitoring and technical health checks.</li> <li>Enable your client’s decision making and ensure they are set up for success by testing and validating their set-up</li> <li>Troubleshoot complex issues by using internal and external tooling.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales and Support) to resolve customer issues and implement custom solutions.</li> <li>Escalate complex technical issues directly to our engineers; provide ideas for optimization and improvement to the relevant teams. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Bring Your Knowledge/ </strong>Experience & Qualifications: </p> <ul> <li>1-3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role in advertising technology</li> <li>Fluent in English </li> <li>Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English and French and/or Spanish</li> <li>Excellent project
