About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to work part time in a high-volume sushi kiosk (only take away) located within a supermarket environment. Working time is mostly mornings and only daytime. Key responsibilities Prepare sushi and related food products daily as per the given menu in accordance with quality and hygiene standards Ensure compliance with food hygiene, food safety, allergen, and labelling requirements Support sales with customer interaction and do tasting to improve sales. Required qualifications Practical experience of working in sushi preparation and fish cutting with good speed English communication skills Swedish language skills to read labels and interact with customer Preferred qualifications Experience of working in a franchise environment for sushi making Food safety and hygiene related trainings
