This role provides foundational exposure to supplier quality through documentation review and incoming quality support.</p> <p> </p> <p>This role involves working closely with engineers, production technicians, and operations teams to support multiple programs and value streams.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support production quality issue resolution with inspectors and manufacturing teams</li> <li>Assist with nonconformance (NCR) documentation and tracking</li> <li>Support root cause analysis and corrective actions under guidance</li> <li>Assist with first article inspection (FAI) preparation and documentation</li> <li>Review quality records for completeness and compliance</li> <li>Supplier Quality Support</li> <li>Review supplier documentation (CofCs, FAI packages) for completeness</li> <li>Support incoming inspection issue tracking</li> <li>Learn supplier nonconformance and escalation processes</li> <li>Maintain quality documentation per QMS requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience)</li> <li>0–2 years experience in manufacturing or quality</li> <li>Basic understanding of print reading and GD&T</li> <li>Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO quality systems preferred</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay range for this role</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$85,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$98,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>What's in it for you:</strong></p> <p
