You will be conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design and&nbsp; interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations.</p> <p><strong>The Work:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conducting the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations</li> <li>Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here's What You Need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning</li> <li>7 + years SAP ECC development experience</li> <li>Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation</li> <li>Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple teams in a fast paced environment</li> <li>Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.</li> <li>Ability to align and implement technical solutions using SAP and Icertis efficiently and in accordance with vendor best practices to minimize customization, enable vendor software upgrades, and maximize maintainability</li> <li>Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement
