You'll be the second Product Builder on the team, working closely with ShopMy’s VP, Product.</p> <p>Creators use ShopMy discover brands, build storefronts, earn commissions, and grow audiences through our tools. Your job is to make every part of that experience so good that creators can't imagine working without ShopMy. You'll own key surfaces of the creator-facing product, such as: onboarding, storefronts, affiliate tools, earnings, discovery, and the daily workflows that keep creators engaged and earning.</p> <p>This is not a role where you write requirements and hand them off. You will take unclear signals - from creator feedback, data, internal teams, and the market - and turn them into concrete product ideas. Then you will see those ideas through until they are live in production and changing real behavior.</p> <h4><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h4> <p>We need someone who embodies three qualities:</p> <p><strong>You are a full-stack builder.</strong> Your skills don't stop where someone else's begin. You think in complete systems. You can design the flow, reason through the architecture, and understand how data moves. You arrive with something real - rough wireframes, a concrete proposal with sharp scope and tradeoffs - so that Engineering and Design can react, improve, and ship.
