This role is focused on shaping, configuring, and optimizing InterSystems EHRs – TrakCare and IntelliCare – to meet local market needs, regulatory requirements, and real-world clinical workflows.</p> <p>Unlike traditional clinical advisory roles, this position is deeply embedded in product development and delivery. The successful candidate will translate frontline clinical experience into functional specifications, product enhancements, and safe, effective digital workflows that improve patient care.</p> <p>You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, implementation teams, and customers to ensure our solutions deliver measurable clinical value across the Middle East.</p> <p>What You’ll Do</p> <p>Product Development & Clinical Design</p> <ul> <li>Translate clinical workflows and healthcare requirements into product specifications, use cases, and functional designs</li> <li>Define and validate configuration of TrakCare and IntelliCare to meet regional and regulatory requirements</li> <li>Participate in the design, testing, and continuous improvement of clinical features and workflows</li> <li>Ensure all product changes align with clinical safety principles and best practices</li> </ul> <p>Clinical Expertise & Internal Enablement</p> <ul> <li>Act as the clinical subject matter expert within the product team, contributing to product strategy and roadmap</li> <li>Provide clinical input to development, QA, and documentation teams to ensure accuracy and usability</li> <li>Support internal teams in understanding clinical workflows and healthcare delivery models</li> <li>Contribute to training materials and internal knowledge sharing</li> </ul> <p>Customer & Market Engagement</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with customers to understand real-world clinical challenges and translate them into product improvements</li> <li>Gather, analyze, and prioritize feedback from clinicians and healthcare organizations</li> <li>Support demonstrations, workshops, and discussions with clinical stakeholders when needed</li> <li>Maintain awareness of regional healthcare trends, policies, and standards</li> </ul> <p>Collaboration & Delivery</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with global product teams and local implementation teams to align product capabilities with market needs</li> <li>Support implementation projects by validating workflows a
