As part of the Senior Data Analyst (f/m/x) - Strategy & Inisghts, you will work at the intersection of finance, commercial strategy, and performance, partnering closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Finance. Whether your focus is advertiser and revenue analytics, marketing and consumer analytics, or financial and profitability analytics, you will turn complex data into strategic insights and measurable business impact. What You’ll Own: Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track and analyze performance across commercial, product, and financial dimensions including campaign metrics, traffic quality, revenue, and profitability adapting analytical focus to wherever decision support is most needed. Decision Partnership & Insights: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to prioritize initiatives, model commercial and financial impact, enable campaign optimization, budget allocation, support new business decisions, and deliver clear performance narratives that connect operational metrics to business outcomes. Problem Framing: Convert ambiguous business questions from stakeholders into structured analytical investigations, breaking down vague asks (e.g., “why is margin declining?”) into scoped hypotheses, data plans, and decision-ready outputs. Dashboarding & Reporting: Build and maintain a self-service culture via automation, dashboarding, processes, and data tools that give stakeholders a dynamic view of their domain’s performance, moving beyond static reporting toward scenario-based and "what-if" analysis. Profitability & Financial Controlling: Monitor company-wide profitability, support P&L oversight, identify margin erosion risks and high-LTV opportunities, and enable leadership with unified financial narratives that explain how operational performance drives business outcomes.
