Be seen, be understood, be you. </strong></div> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>The Accountant is part of the Finance Department and focuses on high-volume transactional processes, including (but not limited to) accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and general ledger activities. The team consists of Accounting Managers, Senior Accountants, and Accountants.</p> <p>Reporting to the Accounting Manager (or Senior Accountant), this role is an integral part of the global accounting team. The Accountant is responsible for month-end close activities, financial analysis, reconciliations, and support during financial audits. The position offers exposure to multiple areas of Cision through reporting and analysis of actual financial results.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>The role includes, but is not limited to, the following:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare monthly journal entries related to bank activities, prepaid expenses, property, plant and equipment, accrued expenses, payroll accounting, and intercompany accounting, in line with close timelines</li> <li>Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations, addressing questions from reviewers and management in a timely manner</li> <li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including international accounting teams, FP&A, Legal, and external consultants, particularly in relation to flux analysis and ad-hoc support</li> <li>Prepare audit schedules and proactively respond to auditor queries, resolving audit issues as required</li> <li>Assist with footnote tie-outs for quarterly and year-end financial statements prepared under US GAAP and IFRS</li> <li>Support statutory financial reporting and statutory audits</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Skills and Experience</strong>&lt
