As a global leader in technology and management consulting, we thrive on helping clients tackle the toughest challenges across banking, payments, capital markets, wealth, and asset management.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are supporting a leading global investment bank within its <strong>CIB Markets division</strong>, partnering with the <strong>Modelling &amp; Analytics Group (MAG)</strong> to enhance pricing and risk platforms.</p> <p>We are seeking a <strong>Technical QA Engineer</strong> to join a high-performing team focused on <strong>testing, validating, and improving large-scale distributed systems</strong> used for real-time pricing and risk analytics.</p> <p>This role goes beyond traditional QA — you will work hands-on with <strong>test environments, deployments, and system behavior</strong>, collaborating closely with developers, quants, and trading stakeholders to ensure robust, high-performance platforms.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and execute <strong>functional and automated tests</strong> for complex pricing and risk systems</li> <li>Validate <strong>end-to-end workflows</strong> across distributed platforms and applications</li> <li>Perform <strong>root cause analysis</strong> of issues identified in test environments, working closely with development teams to resolve them</li> <li>Support and execute <strong>application deployments and release processes</strong> in non-production environments</li> <li>Contribute to <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong>, test frameworks, and quality engineering best practices</li> <li>Analyze system performance, logs, and behavior to ensure <strong>stability, scalability, and reliability</strong></li> <li>Collaborate with <strong>traders, quantitative developers, and engineering teams</strong> to understand requirements and improve system quality</li> <li>Continuously improve testing approaches using modern tools, including <strong>AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a <strong>Technical QA Engineer / SDET / Test Engineer</strong> in complex systems</li> <li>Strong underst
