<p><strong>About the role: What's in the Box</strong></p> <p>As a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our production runs smoothly by delivering the right products, at the right time, in the right quality. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, highly collaborative team working closely with procurement, production, warehouse, and quality teams to keep operations running seamlessly.</p> <p>You will be at the heart of daily operations, solving challenges as they arise while also contributing to longer-term improvements. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction by minimizing disruptions, reducing waste, and ensuring every HelloFresh box meets our quality standards.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do: The Recipe</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure production is supplied on time and in full by monitoring inventory levels and aligning with demand</li> <li>Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, resolving delivery issues and managing communication throughout the week</li> <li>Identify and resolve operational deviations (e.g. OTIF issues), minimizing impact on customers and production</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, warehouse, production, product, and FSQA to ensure alignment and smooth execution</li> <li>Monitor product quality and delivery details (e.g. BBD, shortages, oversupply), and take action to reduce waste</li> <li>Analyze root causes of recurring issues and implement improvements to prevent future disruptions</li> <li>Track and report on supplier performance, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll bring: The Ingredients</strong></p> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a production environment (food industry is a plus)</li> <li>A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you enjoy tackling challenges and finding practical solutions</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data (e.g. Excel, ERP/WMS systems, or similar tools)</li> <li>Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong communication skills <strong>in Dutch and English</strong> and confidence working with multiple stakeholders</li> <li>A continuous improvement mindset and a natural sense of ownership</li> </ul> <p><strong>Above all</strong>, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better.
