About the role
<p>Our client is a globally leading and successful industrial group. For the production site in the Paderborn area, we are currently seeking an experienced Head of Accounting and Controlling (m/f/d).</p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Leading and further developing the efficient Accounting and Controlling team</li> <li>Preparation and consolidation of monthly and annual financial statements for individual entities</li> <li>Cost accounting</li> <li>Controlling</li> <li>Budgeting</li> <li>Reporting</li> <li>Liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and banks</li> <li>Supporting the CFO of the German group in all matters</li> </ul>
