The role focuses on business analysis, process improvement, regulatory change, and technology enhancement within Product Control functions. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Front Office, IT, Operations, Change Management, and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions and operational efficiencies.</p> <h3 data-section-id="18w7bso" data-start="1211" data-end="1234">Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-start="1236" data-end="2329"> <li data-section-id="jksx11" data-start="1236" data-end="1341">Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Product Control and Finance change initiatives.</li> <li data-section-id="1mp1fmn" data-start="1342" data-end="1456">Collaborate with Product Control, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to design and implement strategic solutions.</li> <li data-section-id="1yk43o5" data-start="1457" data-end="1562">Support transformation programmes aimed at process simplification, automation, and control enhancement.</li> <li data-section-id="mn7ii3" data-start="1563" data-end="1630">Perform gap analysis between current and target operating models.</li> <li data-section-id="16wuslv" data-start="1631" data-end="1717">Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and validation activities.</li> <li data-section-id="qkklq5" data-start="1718" data-end="1844">Produce high-quality business documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, process maps, and impact assessments.</li> <li data-section-id="7pp2pg" data-start="1845" data-end="1953">Analyse P&amp;L, balance sheet, valuation, and risk reporting processes to identify improvement opportunities.</li> <li data-section-id="27jny7" data-start="1954" data-end="2056">Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.</li> <li data-section-id="1rpcono" data-start="2057" da
