This role involves managing fund operations, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and service provider coordination. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.</p> <p><strong>Essential job functions</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate the annual statutory audit process for the Luxembourg funds.</li> <li>Prepare workpapers and supporting documentation for the annual financial statement audit (annual GP and AIFM reports).</li> <li>Interact and support administrators (CA/TA) and review the annual financial statements of the GPs</li> <li>Interact with external legal counsel and internal AML Compliance team to launch new GPs and funds.</li> <li>Interact and taking an active role with internal and external tax advisors for the preparation of the annual tax returns.</li> <li>Sitting on the Board of the Funds’ GPs and reviewing QBM resolutions.</li> <li>Designing and implementing an oversight on delegates framework to support StepStone’s AIFM.</li> <li>Review on a sample basis the quarterly NAVs of the fund.</li> <li>Budgeting fund expenses for new funds.</li> <li>Any other tasks related to StepStone’s Luxembourg funds as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education and/or work experience requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work legally in Luxembourg</li> <li>Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, EC, CPA)</li> <li>Minimum 8 years’ experience in the Luxembourg alternative fund administration business</li> <li>Working knowledge of AIFMD, Lux and US GAAP</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span class="ui-provider ed bwx bhr bwy bwz bxa bxb bxc bxd bxe bxf bxg bxh bxi bxj bxk bxl bxm bxn bxo bxp bxq bxr bxs bxt bxu bxv bxw bxx bxy bxz bya byb byc byd">#LI-Hybrid</span></p><div class="c
