The Ops and People Division includes People Operations: supporting recruitment, onboarding, and the employee experience; Financial Operations: executing payroll, bookkeeping, and financial planning; Legal Operations: reviewing contracts, compliance, and insurance; and broader Operational Logistics support: facilities, travel, employee experience, and IT.</p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>The Senior Recruiting Associate will own recruiting pipelines across multiple entities within the 14 Technology Holdings portfolio. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across assigned business units, partnering closely with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.</p> <p>The Senior Recruiting Associate serves as the primary operational owner of recruiting workflows while partnering with the Senior Manager, People Operations, on recruiting strategy, hiring planning, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.</p> <p><strong>In this position, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own recruiting pipelines across multiple 14TH portfolio entities</li> <li>Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer stage</li> <li>Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profiles</li> <li>Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines for recurring and strategic roles</li> <li>Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and targeted outreach</li> <li>Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with organizational needs</li> <li>Manage interview processes, including scheduling, preparation, and candidate communications</li> <li&gt
