We deliver high-quality building envelope solutions across Ireland, the UK and Europe for some of the world's most advanced data centre, pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial and industrial projects.</p><p>Due to continued growth, we are seeking a <strong>Junior Health & Safety Advisor</strong> to join our team and support the safe delivery of major construction projects in Germany.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Health & Safety professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced international construction environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety procedures on site.</li><li>Assist with site inspections, audits and safety observations.</li><li>Help ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements and local regulations.</li><li>Support the preparation and review of risk assessments, method statements and safety documentation.</li><li>Monitor site activities and report any unsafe acts or conditions.</li><li>Assist with accident, incident and near-miss investigations.</li><li>Deliver site inductions and support toolbox talks where required.</li><li>Maintain accurate Health & Safety records and reports.</li><li>Work closely with site management teams, subcontractors and operatives to promote a positive safety culture.</li></ul>
