<h2><strong>π About the role</strong></h2> <p><em>π Fixed-term contract (9 months)&nbsp;</em></p> <p>As a Senior People Operations, you'll be a core member of the People Operations team, responsible for keeping our People function running smoothly. You'll work at the crossroads of HR administration, payroll, systems, and data β ensuring our processes are compliant, efficient, and built to scale. You're someone who questions the status quo, anticipates issues before they arise, and always looks for a better way.</p> <h4><strong>Your mission:</strong></h4> <p>Keep People Ops running seamlessly β from a new hire's first day to their last, from monthly payroll to year-end reporting. You'll manage our HR tools, own our data, and be the trusted go-to for employees on all administrative matters.</p> <h4><strong>What you'll own:</strong></h4> <p><strong>HR Administration &amp; Payroll</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes (DPAE, medical check-ups, stakeholder coordination, and more)</li> <li>Maintain accurate employee records, employment contracts, and amendments</li> <li>Handle all employee administrative documents throughout the lifecycle</li> <li>Manage visa applications and related administrative authorizations</li> <li>Oversee the administrative management of EoR employees</li> <li>Track and update leave balances, and manage absence-related topics</li> <li>Be the first point of contact for employee administrative requests</li> <li>Participate on daily payroll activities</li> </ul> <p><strong>HR Projects</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to cross-functional People projects and key annual cycles (salary review, talent review, etc.)</li> <li>Maintain and improve process documentation and the People knowledge base</li> <li>Proactively identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization of our processes</li> <li>Support the implementation of new tools and vendors</li> </ul> <p><strong>HR Systems &amp; People Data</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain and evolve our core HR tools (Lattice, Lucca)</li> <li>Own quarterly HR reporting and analysis, and translate insights into actionable plans</li> <li>Share People data and reports with key stakeholders (Internal Control, RevOps, etc.)</li> <li>Handle mandatory annual reporting obligations (INSEE, ΓgalitΓ© Pro Index, BDESE, CSSCT, etc.)</li> <li>Serve as the main point of contact with the Data team for our Looker dashboard</li> </ul> <h2>π About you</h2> <h4><strong>What we're loo
