This role combines technical expertise, customer relationship management, and operational leadership to ensure long-term customer success. You will work closely with technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve complex challenges, improve platform health, and drive adoption of best practices. Acting as a trusted partner, you will proactively identify risks, recommend improvements, and guide customers through critical technical decisions.
