We are passionate about helping our clients succeed in an ever-changing industry.</p> <p>We are also:</p> <ul> <li>Experts in banking and payments, capital markets and wealth and asset management</li> <li>Committed to growing our business and hiring the best talent to help us get there</li> <li>Focused on maintaining our nimble, agile and entrepreneurial culture</li> </ul> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong><br><br>We are seeking an experienced CRM Dynamics Business Analyst to support the rollout, enhancement, and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) within the Private Banking and Wealth Management business.<br><br>This role is critical to ensuring CRM is effectively embedded into Relationship Manager (RM) workflows, driving measurable outcomes such as:</p> <ul> <li>Improved client engagement</li> <li>Increased wallet share</li> <li>Enhanced sales pipeline visibility</li> <li>Improved operational efficiency</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities/Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Gather and analyse requirements from Private Banking / Wealth Management stakeholders (RMs, advisors, sales teams)</li> <li>Apply strong wealth domain knowledge to shape CRM use cases across the client lifecycle (prospecting → advisory → servicing)</li> <li>Translate business requirements into MS Dynamics (Dynamics 365) functional designs and user stories</li> <li>Design CRM solutions to enhance sales pipeline, client engagement, and revenue growth</li> <li>Embed CRM into day-to-day RM workflows (pipeline management, call reports, client interactions)</li> <li>Configure and optimise Microsoft Dynamics capabilities (Sales, Marketing Hub, Co-Pilot)</li> <li>Leverage MSD best practices to deliver scalable and standardised solutions</li> <li>Collaborate with Technology, Data, and AI teams to integrate CRM into the wider platform ecosystem</li> <li>Appway (Vendor Product) knowledge, and helping the team to conduct the requirement analysis work</li> <li>Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement across global Private Banking markets</li> <li>Produce clear documentation including BRDs, process flows, and user journeys aligned to wealth processes</li> <li>Define and execute UAT, ensuring solutions meet business, regulatory, and control requirements</li> <li>Drive global CRM adoption through training, change management, and stakeholder engagement</li> <li>Support rollout of advanced capab
