About the role

<p>As the National Partner Manager at Rubrik, you will build and manage strategic relationships nationally with key decision-makers at AHEAD. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Field Sales, Systems Engineering, Channel Marketing, Field Marketing, Alliances, and Sales Operations—leveraging these resources to meet and exceed sales performance goals. Your primary objective will be to grow Rubrik’s business with AHEAD nationally through strategic partner planning, enablement, sales acceleration, and robust pipeline generation.</p> <h4><strong>Where you can make an impact:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Own the strategic relationship with AHEAD at a national level.</li> <li>Drive Rubrik's technology and product focus to increase revenue and partner mindshare.</li> <li>Author and execute comprehensive business plans to define, achieve, and surpass annual target goals.</li> <li>Drive national sales and technical strategies for the AHEAD partnership.</li> <li>Spearhead consistent sales and technical enablement sessions across national and regional levels.</li> <li>Communicate and align with senior leadership (both internal and external) to provide regular business updates.</li> <li>Facilitate account mapping sessions between Rubrik account executives and AHEAD partners to define territory plans.</li> <li>Identify and develop opportunities that lead to Partner-Initiated Deals and Proof of Concepts (POCs).</li> <li>Conduct enablement sessions to train partner field sales and systems engineering (SE) staff.</li> <li>Develop strategic relationships with key business leaders across the partner organization.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Who you are:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>A hardworking, driven, and highly motivated individual with a collaborative team spirit.</li> <li>Possess comprehensive knowledge of the Data Management, Data Protection, Storage industries or Cybersecurity.</li> <li>A confident communicator, highly capable of presenting to large audiences and hosting events.</li> <li>Adept at identifying and initiating deals with partners while working in close collaboration with Rubrik account teams.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Ideal background:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience building and managing relationships specifically with AHEAD.</li> <li>Strong orientation toward developing quarterly and annual partner business plans and sales activities.</li> <li>Proven track record of developing and executing channel programs, channel marketing plans, and coordinating joint marketing activities.</li> <li>Experience delivering sales and product training for resellers and at end-customer events.</li&g
