And we also believe that always looking for new challenges and going beyond what is due is the right attitude to always do better.</p><p></p><p><strong>Role Purpose </strong></p><p> </p><p>Reporting to Creative Supervisor/ Head of Art / Creative Director, is responsible for supporting the Design and Creative team in creating content across all media channels. </p><p> The role is a very “hands-on”, because he/she is responsible for creating visual concepts in response to clients’ briefs and relaying them to the Creative Supervisor/ Head of Art / Creative Director  His/her work is mainly focused on specific campaigns or activations, although he/she also works on editorial and digital projects.</p><p> Responsible for design executions and creating visual response to briefs with the supervision of senior designers or art directors. Is also asked to get things done to a high standard and able to make it easy for others to do the same.</p><p> Junior art directors need to be natural visual thinkers, ready to expand on their skills and learn from senior art directors in order to flourish.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p><p></p><p>●      Definition of creative concepts, their execution, and detailed crafting</p><p>●      Art direction for ongoing content, formats and  activations for the clients’ editorial plan </p><p>●      Execution and quality control of output during the creative production phase</p><p>●      Study and development of visual identity and brand for reference clients</p><p>●      Participation in defining and developing editorial strategy in terms of languages and visual formats</p><p>●      Constant alignment with Creative and Client Service references</p><p> </p>
