If you're motivated, customer-focused, and driven to succeed, we'd love to meet you.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Automotive Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers to find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and providing an exceptional guest experience through the sales process.</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Engage customers with consultative selling skills to help them select a vehicle and make informed purchasing decisions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate product advantages and detailed specifications to customers.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrate proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure optimal levels of customer service and client retention by promptly and effectively addressing customer complaints or concerns.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Take ownership of the customer's experience by completing additional tasks that help the dealership create a positive impression.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Preferred: </strong>Previous automotive sales experience is preferred; candidates with a proven track record of success in sales from any industry are encouraged to apply.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Required: </strong>Must have
