As a boutique challenger in the programmatic ecosystem, we focus on delivering high-quality supply and maximizing revenue for our publisher partners, without unnecessary complexity or excessive take rates.</p><p>We work closely with agencies, advertisers, and technology partners to create efficient programmatic marketplaces that prioritize performance, transparency, and sustainable growth.</p><p></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong><br />We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager, Demand Partnerships DACH, to expand our demand footprint across independent agencies and advertising partners.</p><p>This role is focused on new business development and demand activation, with a strong emphasis on building and scaling programmatic deals, particularly Private Marketplaces (PMPs). This position is based in Hamburg with a hybrid setup (3 days in office, 2 days remote).</p><p><strong>In this role you will</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and win new demand partners across independent agencies and advertisers </li><li>Build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline into measurable revenue growth </li><li>Drive PMP deal creation, activation, and scaling with clear revenue ownership </li><li>Develop tailored programmatic strategies based on partner needs </li><li>Deliver consistently against revenue targets and growth KPIs </li><li>Maintain accurate and transparent CRM pipeline management </li><li>Collaborate internally to ensure successful onboarding and campaign performance </li><li>Identify opportunities to expand and monetize existing partnerships </li><li>Stay up to date with market trends and demand opportunities <br /></li></ul><p><strong>Success in this role will be measured by</strong></p><ul><li>New business revenue generated (quarterly and annual targets) </li><li>Number of new demand partners onboarded </li><li>PMP deal volume, activation rate, and revenue contribution </li><li>Pipeline coverage, conversion rate, and deal velocity </li><li>Growth of revenue from independent agencies and advertisers </li><li>Contribution to overall DACH demand growth </li></ul>
