As the company continues its transition from primarily on-premises deployments to cloud-based and SaaS-delivered solutions, the Managed Services organization plays a central role in operating, securing, and scaling these environments for customers worldwide.<br><br>Managed Services is responsible for the reliability, security, and compliance of InterSystems-hosted platforms across public cloud, private cloud, and datacenter environments. This includes enabling a consistent, secure operating model that meets stringent regulatory and customer requirements while supporting rapid innovation and service delivery.</p> <h4>Role Summary</h4> <p>The Network Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of network infrastructure supporting Managed Services platforms across cloud and datacenter environments. This role contributes to the standardization and operational excellence of network services across a hybrid, multi-cloud environment.</p> <h4>Key Responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and support network infrastructure across datacenter and cloud (AWS/Azure) environments</li> <li>Deploy and operate enterprise networking technologies including Cisco routing, switching, and wireless platforms</li> <li>Implement and support network security controls including Palo Alto firewalls, segmentation, and VPN solutions</li> <li>Support standardization of network architecture, configurations, and tooling across Managed Services environments</li> <li>Collaborate with security teams to enforce zero trust and segmentation strategies</li> <li>Troubleshoot complex network issues including latency, packet loss, and connectivity across hybrid environments</li> <li>Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for network-related outages</li> <li>Contribute to automation initiatives using infrastructure-as-code and network automation tools</li> </ul> <h4>Required Qualifications and Experience</h4> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in network engineering in enterprise or service provider environments</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with Cisco technologies (routing, switching, Nexus, ACI preferred)</li> <li>Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and network security concepts (NAT, VPN, segmentation)</li> <li>Experience with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNets, routing, connectivity models)</li> <li>Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform)</li> <li>Understanding of DNS, DHCP, load balancing, and core networking protocols</li> <li>Experience working in h
